UpToDash.com is a service brought to you by Diginomy Pty Ltd (ACN 162 821 954) ("we" or "us" or "UpToDash" or "Diginomy"). We collect and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy. This document is part of our Terms of Service, and by using Diginomy services and UpToDash.com (the "Service" or the "Mobile Application" or the "Website"), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Diginomy accesses and displays data that is made available through the Internet by third-party sources in order to provide the Service. We present some of this data on the Website or the Mobile Application and may share it with our third party partners (as described in more details below).

To use the Service, you need to connect your UpToDash account to the accounts you hold with these third-party data sources. This connection provides us with access to these data sources on your behalf. Revoking this connection will prevent you from using the Service with these third-party data sources.

When you are accessing third-party data sources through our Service, you are sharing information with these services, and the information you share will be governed by their privacy policies and terms of service. Diginomy shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of third-party data sources that may be enabled within the Service.

Diginomy operates from Australia and the United States of America. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be transferred, processed and stored in these countries. You also understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.

When you interact with the Website, the Mobile Application or use the Service, our servers automatically receive and store certain information ("Log Data"). Diginomy uses third party vendors and partners to provide the necessary data, hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. Although Diginomy owns the code, databases, and all rights to the UpToDash application, you retain all rights to your data.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without his/her consent, he or she should contact us at hello@uptodash.com. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information via the Service without their permission.
